I just lost my reward due to the human verification system I am using brave since months and I have zero balance I got my first notification for claim a reward but the human verification system stuck and I lost now it’s not showing to me again…
please help.

Please check and ensure that your screen is not zoomed in/out from default zoom levels – this has caused issues for users being unable to complete the test in the past.

The grant may no longer be able to be claimed – don’t worry, we will release additional BAT grants in the future. I’m not sure what region you’re located in, but if you’d like to earn BAT, you may want to look into our Ads platform.
