How to uncap FPS on Windows?

I’m trying to figure out how to uncap FPS on Brave Browser, but I cant figure out. Everything I’ve found is advice from 2020 when the browser was different. For example I try using the code “open -a “Brave” --args --disable-gpu-vsync --disable-frame-rate-limit” in the Windows terminal as just about everyone was doing back then but when I try it, it doesn’t work. Here’s what I get when I try it:

Anyone know how to fix it?

Is there a particular site in which you’re seeing the frame rate capped? If so can you share it with me so I can do some tests on my end?
