How to turn off Brave's ocsp

Description of the issue:

When I run Brave activity monitor reports that ocspd is using 30% of CPU.

I have already followed instructions for turning off OCSPD from keychain preferences, and quit ocspd from activity monitor. So long as brave is running, ocspd immediately reappears in activity monitor. When I close Brave, ocspd disappears from activity monitor and I can go on using my computer.

Also it appeared that Brave’s OCSP was actually blocking keychain from launching properly. Only when I quit ocspd from activity monitor would keychain launch so that I could adjust the preferences.

Mac OSX 10.10 (can’t upgrade any further because of hardware limitations)
Brave 80.1.5.123
