Please help me how to transfer my brave browser BAT to my uphold account.

Withdrawal functionality is not yet available on mobile yet. The option will be available in the future.
Also please note, that you’ll not be able to withdraw BAT from free grants. Free grants purpose is to help users try Brave Rewards system and use it to support publishers/creators.
You’ll only able to withdraw BAT you earned from Brave Ads.
