How to solve --no-sandbox error on Debian based Linux Distros

On Debian Linux distro launching Brave from the app list doesn’t launch. When trying to launch from terminal shows the following error

[978:978:0601/] No usable sandbox! Update your kernel or see for more information on developing with the SUID sandbox. If you want to live dangerously and need an immediate workaround, you can try using --no-sandbox.

To solve this open terminal and switch to root or a super user and type
echo 'kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1' > /etc/sysctl.d/00-local-userns.conf

service procps restart
