How to shut down "are you sure you want to open xx tabs"

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.When I open multiple tabs at once I get the “are you sure…” warning. On FF I could shut down warnings by clicking do not warn me (in the popup box) for both opening and shutting down multiple tabs.

Expected result: A box to click to turn off warnings
