How to set color of Brave browser window in Windows 10?

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. After last update colors of border of Brave browser window changed. I tried to set them back but failed. If I use Edge I have the border colors as set by me. But Brave window colors does not change.
  2. I have Version 1.37.109 Chromium: 100.0.4896.60 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Windows 10 Home Version 21H2.
