I have started a sync chain between 3 devices (win10, linux mint & andr)

Description of the issue:
I can see all open tabs from win & linux under “recent tabs” on my android device but I do not see all tabs from my android device on win10 or linux. I also dont see tabs from linux on win10 and viceversa.
Reproduces how often:
100%
Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Checked for updates on all 3 devices, running latest ‘prod’ version
Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
win10, linux mint and Android
