How to save multiple windows in a session

I have multiple windows separated by what they contain. I closed Brave through task manager and when I opened it again and selected “Restore Session” I only got half of my windows. My tabs that were in the other windows became ungrouped and went to the main window ungrouped causing a lot of chaos.

This happens every time I close Brave, and then reopen it in the next session. I use multiple windows and I don’t want to be limited to 3 windows. I can’t seem to find a way to increase the number of windows I am able to save per session. I know I can bookmark tabs, group them, and then reopen them manually the next session, but I’m not willing to do that.

Hello @EVR

Thank you for reaching out and we’re happy to help you. Just right click on a tab, you have the option at the bottom of the popup to save all opened tabs in a folder.

Place your folder on your bookmarks bar, then later you can, with a middle click (instant) or right click (choose option), open all bookmarked pages of this folder.

Let me know if that works and have a great day.

That’s not what I wanted. I want to be able to have multiple windows open in a session, and then have those window when I open the next session, not just three and then have the tabs in the other windows ungrouped and on the first window.
