How to retrieve a text written in a browser tab after an abnormal closure.

My situation is this: I was writing a text on chatgpt, extreme power saving is automatically activated, I deactivate it, reopen the tab, which had been left open, after opening the tab I see that the message (not yet sent) has disappeared. Is there any way to extrapolate that text somewhere? Please it was a very important message, I would be grateful, thank you.
