How to resize bookmarks area in new page

I am on surface pro 9 Windows 11 24H2
I would like to know how to grew up the bookmark zone in new tab.
There is only 12 items and a second page .

So, your feature request(?) is: you would prefer a New Row of Tabs, instead of an additional page of Tabs?
