How to report false positive?!

How to report false positive? Our website is blocked and falsely identified as ads - how can we remove the block???!!!
(we provide embeddable widgets and our CDN is blocked)

@MrWolf The main thing you need to do is provide more details. There was a template asking you for information but it seems you chose to delete it and say nothing.

So things like which website and all would be your starting point. You can reference how things have gone for people who have been helped in such topics as below:

In this case, the main details we’d need are:

  • What is the URL of the/your site that we are blocking?
  • What is the exact error/messaging that occurs when it’s blocked?
  • Is this blocked for any/all users in Brave or just some?
  • Does disabling Brave’s Shields (lion icon in the address bar) for the site remove the block and allow access?

We provide embeddable widgets to our users, but our CDN is being identified as ads and blocked, preventing the widgets from displaying on our users’ websites.

The blocked URLs are:
cdn.commoninj* a.com

Disabling the shield, unblock the widget.

I’ve informed one of our Shields engineers about this and will have them take a look.

The issue came about due to https://www.commoninja.com/widgets/adblocker-detector
