How to remove Brave from custodial account and unflag profile?

I think my profile is flagged because I moved to another country, and have changed my mobile, laptop and other devices, and had used Brave Sync to synchronize the passwords and account details.
So, I have been seeing that error that my profile is flagged, and I won’t be receiving any ads.

Is there a way to remove my previous devices some of them I have already returned to my previous employer or sold during my movement?
