How to lose Brave users

I downloaded Brave today for a test run. I found a defect. I mentioned it here. It was not a question. I got this response:

End of the the forum response. Much of it was unintelligible, and then to add insult to injury, as they say, the issue was closed. No response from me was possible. This is not how to win Brave users.

I will not be using Brave.

The reason why we close certain threads is to prevent people from posting a thread with insufficient information on the issue you are experiencing; it is to help us help you.
