Well thats normal. As for the referal stats, have you check if in your region referal program is temporary stop?
U can check your mobile see. Sometime pc/desktop browser on website will not appear.

I checked from my mobile and it is still the same. I have not received any mail either. and check and the campaign is still available for my country.
