Description of the issue:
From time to time I get ads for some coin-related stuff on the start page, although I deactivated all advertising.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Create a start page
- Have a look at the ad, if one is displayed
Expected result:
I expect the start page to be clean, ie it should show the background image and the widgets, that I selected to be shown on the start page.

As it has been stated in other posts already: Some of us are here to earn coins, others are just looking for a fast browser that respects privacy and offers security. I would love to have one switch saying “Do you want coins” - and if that option is disabled all Brave rewards, coins, BAT, ads and everything else should be hidden. This setting should also be synchronized between all devices.
