How to get a refound?

Hi,

I don’t know how but the self-Contribute has been activated but not by me, and 5$ has been sent without my permission. I’m the only user so i’m asking if i can get a refund ? I’ve contacted Uphold that told me to ask here. Hope someone can help me.
