How to disconnect other wallet connected devices

As title mentioned, is there have any way to disconnect other wallet connected devices? Since I reinstall new OS system, and some reasons cannot re-login into the old device anymore, so is there any way can I disconnect them forcely?

I still have and able to connect my Uphold wallet account in my phone.
