Can not delete saved site setting resulting from allowed or unintentional exceptions .
**How can this issue be reproduced?
I believe just opening a new url and granting permission if it asks for something in the block or not allowed categories.
Expected result:
2 B able to delete these things any time I choose.

Additional Information:
I can not delete site-specific Cookie Settings.. Brave/Settings/General/SiteSettings/AllSites/ Contains a Folder labeled “*” with 34 Unremovabe Sites. They can be deleted individually but come right back. Even changing individual cookie settings within the browser url fails. Any Ideas how to nuke 'em?
