How to claim BATs when failing Safety Net Test?

If your device fails SafetyNet check you are unable to claim rewards per post below. It is an older post, but I think it still applies.

Did you have a rooted device? Brave Rewards is unavailable for rooted device. If not, maybe your device is failing SafetyNet check, which is required in order to enable Rewards. There’s no workaround for now.
