How to change to 24 hour clock

How can I change the on screen clock to 24 hour (currently in 12 hour) ?

Version 1.8.90 Chromium: 81.0.4044.129 (Official Build) (64-bit)
running on win10

Mine just changed on it’s own after a couple of days. No idea why.

More important, I wish someone could tell me how to change it.
