How to block a scammer/ Fraudulent URL

Hello,
there is a fraudulent page, that keeps changing hosting servers each time it’s blocked, to continue scamming people.

How can we block it for good ?

Description of the site:

This site pretends to sell products at a super discounted price, specially like graphic cards and so on. they never deliver the bought products. Hundreds of victims have been facing the same scamm.

The expected outcome is not to block the page from my end only, but to protect the community.

Also, in a Brave Browser New Window go to:

brave://settings/content/javascript

Scroll down that javascript settings page to Not allowed to use javascript

Click the Add button

Enter [*.]top-plans.fr as the site . . . but do not Enable the following:

  • Current Private session only

Click the Add button

In a Brave Browser New Window go to:

brave://settings/shields/filters

Scroll down to: Create Custom filters

Enter new lines:

||top-plans.fr^
lltop-plans.fr^$document

Click the “Save Changes” button.
