Description of the issue:
nothing happens when a call to windows.open is made
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
the LA Courts website allows previews of filed documents after looking up a case and creating an account
Each document shows a preview button. In chrome, when selecting this button, a new window opens with a pdf of the first page of the document displayed
in Brave nothing happens
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
nothing is displayed, not even an error message
Expected result:
opening a window showing the pdf.

Additional Information:
This behavior is good to block ads but it is still used for some valid reasons and would be great to be disabled for specific sites.
