Ever since I synced my phone to my laptop my rewards have gone down a great deal on my browser by like 90% and I am doing the same things… there are rewards now on my phone but on the phone for some reason the rewards are not automatically added to my total I have to “claim” them… when I press claim it gives me an error message and I can’t claim… at this point I just want to un sync the phone and go back to the old way, can someone help me please?

You should see delete button or Leave sync chain when you visit Sync settings.
