Every time i open Brave i have a LInkedIn pinned tab open up. How can i remove this?
I think maybe the question is how do i remove the import settings and bookmarks. Apprears it may be drawing information from a historic Google Chrome account but doesn’t allow me to delete the the import settings
I’m a little bit confused that you’re having an issue with importing, can’t you just cancel and not import?
OR are you wanting to import SOME things but NOT ALL?

…and I am about to choke saying this because I try to stay away from Google as much as possible…
…maybe download Chrome again (CHOKE)…
…and get back what you had, and then export (from Chrome)/import (to Brave) the particular items you want to keep…
…and once that’s all sorted…
…have the pleasure of permanently deleting Chrome once and for all… and see it that works
