How do I report fraud?

I am writing about a potentially fraudulent transaction. It appears 20 BAT was removed from my UpHold account as a tip, but I checked all of my auto tips and they are all turned off.

I cannot see who exactly received the tips. I am at a loss. Uphold told me to contact Brave directly. The brave support email is inactive and their site is completely empty of any fraud prevention or helpline. There is not even a fraud tag on this site. I fail to believe that I am the first victim of fraud on the Brave browser.
