How do I only enable Widevine for specific sites? And leave it disabled in general for all sites except, for example, Netflix? I need to be able to watch Netflix in my browser, but when I am not on the Netflix site I need to prevent Widevine from malwaring me and stealing data and spying.

Unfortunately, since Widevine is a global setting that installs the Widevine DRM service/extension, there is no way to do this on a per-site basis at this time.
