For example, you mentioned a billing issue but is it for Desktop, Android, or iOS? All three have different methods of payment. If through Desktop, it’s Brave who directly helps you. If Android, you actually did payments through Google Play and have to go through them to cancel or to get help for any problems. Lastly, iOS would be through App Store and have to go through Apple’s App Store for cancellations or billing.
