How can i view pma files (e.g. AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\BrowserMetrics\BrowserMetrics-5D9074A8-224.pma) ?

You would need a particular software used to open that file type. Can I ask what data you’re trying to view?

I believe you can view these using the Windows cmd. You may also want to look into brave://histograms.
