How could I transfer my BAT to external exchanges in South Korea?
Description
In South Korea, trading cryptocurrency directly with overseas exchanges has been banned.
Absolutely, I cannot create an account on Gemini or Uphold, which requires payment method registration. Transactions with foreign exchanges are also forbidden.
Although I am able to use Binance as my default exchange, but I should move my cryptocurrencies from Korean exchanges first.
When could people connect their BAT in brave rewards and Binance accounts, not Gemini or Uphold?
