How can I become advertiser (in the future)?

I am curious how it will be possible to become advertiser. I couldn’t find info at the website (but maybe I didn’t search adequately).

In my opinion it should be easy to become publisher. Stake some BAT for your campaign and from then you run with the advertising process. Like FB, but without FB’s censorship. The campaign is over when you don’t have staked BAT any more.
