You’ll not be able to withdrawal BAT from free grants. If not used within 90 days, it’ll be sent back to User Growth Pool.
No, you can use Brave Rewards and opt-in to Brave Ads and earn BAT as a user without being a verified creators. BAT that you earn from Brave Ads can be used to support creators or if you want, you can withdraw it.
