Horizontal Scroll on Logitech Mx Master 3 Still Broken (with the LogiOptions+ App installed)

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Be on windows
  2. Install Logi Options+
  3. Try and use the horizontal scroll wheel on your Mx Master 3 Mouse.

Expected result:
Browser windows should support horizontal scrolling.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.77.101 Chromium: 135.0.7049.115

Additional Information:
I see tickets related to this dating back over 4 years. Can you Please fix this?

MX Master 3s user here, horizontal scroll works here, though not many sites use the horizontal scroll. only way to test was to re-size the window to show the horizontal scroll.

Horizontal scroll works for me if Logi Options+ is NOT installed. Do you have the program installed? This bug specifically is with Options+ and its interaction with Brave.

I have Logi Options+ install also, not configured at all just installed. Maybe its a config option? I only use it to see battery life, other wise its unconfigured.

I have configured it to increase the sensitivity of my horizontal scrolling wheel. That’s the only thing I’ve done.
