I had roughly 10 bookmarks in a folder on my phone’s homescreen. 4 days in a row now, all the bookmarks disappear overnight. The links are from multiple different websites. The folder contains apps as well but those remain. Only website bookmarks are lost overnight. Samsung Support was mostly useless. They remotely did a couple things in settings like checking settings and cache clear. Everything is up to date that I can think of to check. The folder is titled “Fire” as seen. Screenshots show what it should look like. Every Brave bookmark/shortcut in the folder are gone in the morning leaving only the apps.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- I am unable to force the issue to occur. It seems to happen on its own.
