Home button shows a Not Secure site

I don’t know why/how this happened, but when I access the Home Botton an unsecured Cox Cable page shows up and I can’t delete it and am at a loss as to what to do…HELP! Here it is:

Hi @llizardkiss,
Can you not go into settings and edit the URL for the home button?
Go to brave://settings/appearance
