History - scrolling reset

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When I scroll through my History on Brave, it resets to the top of the page. This makes older History pretty much pointless. But I need my History from the past month.
  2. Going through my History, looking for a site I visited two weeks ago, I patiently scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll. It looks like I’m getting close to the day I went to the site. I stop scrolling to squint at some of the details. The page scrolls itself (or jumps) back to the top.

Expected result: Well, I expect to be able to find and select something in my History.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.16.72 Chromium: 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: I use Windows 7 on a Gigabyte desktop PC.
