Additional Information:
I’m not the person experiencing this bug, a friend of mine who I’m recommending brave to it is experiencing the bug, the video is from them. I’m in regular contact though so don’t not post suggestions/asking for information.
Side information, they use windows 10, they use a laptop which has the graphics card GTX 960m in it and they used chrome before this which didn’t have this issue.
It would be great if the person experiencing the issue gets on to community so that they can try troubleshooting and check whats going on. Nevertheless since you reported the issue on behalf of your friend, can you ask them to disable hardware acceleration from brave://settings/system
and check if it fixes the issue?

Thank you very much, that seemed to fix it for them perfectly

Perfect. This could be due to an older version of graphics driver on the machine. I would suggest upgrading the display drivers and then reenable h/w acceleration.
