High Network Fee When I try to get my BAT into the binance

Hi everyone,
I am using brave browser since march/20 , and today ı got the bat reward to the my uphold wallet. However, when ı try to collect payment into the my binance account, ı come up with the high network fee. That’s why ı couldnt get my payment . Can you help me on this?

It’s an issue with ETH network fee.

Convert to ltc and send, then convert back

Also an issue with uphold, they’re the some of most expensive fees otg
