High CPU use with the past two versions

Description of the issue:
For the past 2 versions, CPU usage has been high
**Steps to Reproduce **
I have tried every suggestion:
updates, clearing cache, restore settings, no background use, no active graphic acceleration

Expected result:
Regular CPU use has been active for the previous versions

Operating System and Brave Version( Ubuntu 22.04; brave version 1.75.178):

The version 1.75.181 has slightly reduced CPU usage.
