Hi.ru as a homepage

Description of the issue: I happen to have hi.ru as a homepage in brave and I can’t seem to configure it any other way. I once installed it long ago but I deleted it from my PC afterwards and I never had a problem again.

Expected result: default brave homepage

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): brave 1.43.93 / windows 10 pro 64 bits

Go to settings ->Appearance->select New tab page under home button.
