Hi All, How to check the rewards transactions? [SOLANA wallet]

How to know if i really got paid? i’m not seeing any changes in my BAT rewards. when i check my solana account there is something showing account does not exist.

I’m really confused.

@anthonyinit if you have not yet received a payment, then it’s likely not generated yet.

When did enable Rewards and connect to Solana? If you did this back in early May or earlier and haven’t received payments, then you need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can take a look and see what might be happening.

When you receive payment to your wallet, you should see the balance increase in the wallet itself. But then also in the Rewards information, such as below:

And of course as transactions are done, you would see it on Solscan and all as well.

I created it in early May and received two payouts without any issues. But now, suddenly, I’m not seeing any updates to my BAT earnings.

In the screenshot, it says ‘account doesn’t exist’ does that actually mean something, or can I just ignore it?

I’m a bit confused on this. If you created it in May then you should have only received this first payment here in June. To have received payment in May it would mean you would have been connect in April or earlier.

Not sure where you’d be seeing updates. To be clear, all it does is show you how many ads you’ve seen. There’s no estimated earnings or anything. I don’t know if you’re meaning to say payments during the payout period? Or what you’re looking at when you mention updates to the earnings.

To be honest, I don’t know what might be going on there, where you’re looking, etc. Most likely would be better to get someone from Brave to give more guidance there. If you had only just linked it then I would have thought maybe it’s just showing because no payment was given yet and so nothing created until it arrives. But with you saying you received payment before, am not sure what to say.

I’m tagging @Evan123 from Brave here so he might stop be and perhaps offer assistance. But with it being the weekend, might need to give it time.

If you haven’t done so yet, I would suggest you do the support ticket as I linked to earlier. Then reply here with the ticket number it gives you, so Evan can reference it for any necessary information.

Hello! Enter your wallet address on Solscan and go to the Transfers section. You should see the available deposits.
