Help - Subscription cannot be cancelled

Help , i cannot cancel it… i log in and it says no subscription… my card gets declined and LOCKS my card… i needed to go to bank 2 times… Stripe wont help it just sends email as unsuccessful Please HELP.

@ehsanwinner did you ever subscribe through a mobile device or through your desktop? If mobile device, your subscription would be through the app store. If on desktop, then would be on https://account.brave.com/

Also very important you do as the template mentioned, which you left attached to your message. To get assistance like what you’re asking, you need to do the support ticket. The link is in your own original post, so just click it and fill out the information.

The invoice number is not a required field. If you don’t have the invoice from when you subscribed, then ignore it.
