Help Recovering 15,000 BAT Earned in 2022 on Brave Rewards

Hi everyone,

Back in 2022, I earned moret han 15,000 BAT through Brave Rewards. However, I hadn’t linked my account to Uphold or any other wallet at the time. Now, I’m wondering if it’s still possible to recover those BAT.

Here’s my situation:

  1. I earned the BAT using Brave Rewards but didn’t associate a wallet back then.
  2. I lost the device that i gain all the token

Questions:

  • Is there a way to recover BAT stored locally on the Brave browser from 2022?
  • If the browser data was deleted or overwritten, is recovery still possible?
  • What steps should I take to verify whether the tokens are still linked to my Brave Rewards profile?
  • I have the 12 words associated with my brave account but when i connected say that i have nothing
  • Its possible recover the tokens?

The BAT you’re referring to is related to the vBAT system, which was deprecated in 2023. It is no longer recoverable.
