Hello sir. why my account still get code 2fa?

i has reseting my code 2fa at 1may ago. but still now my account still locked with code 2fa.
i has waiting for last 14 days or more.
how can u do it for solve my code 2fa??? please help me

Hello @iwak93,

If you lose access to your 2-factor authentication method (such as a lost phone) you will be unable to login to your Rewards account and will have to create a new account and transfer your old channels over to it.

but i has get 3 refferral on my account. how to claim my free bat reward if i create a new account?

Every BAT accumulated will be available once you transfer your old channels to your new account.
