@Saoiray - the language might be Hindi, but I do not have access to a translator for that. Tagging you, because “payout” in the character string, and you may know to whom, to pass this “first time” report.

@289wk This is the type of post I I told you that I usually ignore unless I’m in a really good mood. Sometimes I’d just close it and ask them to repost following the guidelines.

Let me explain the issues here:

  • They kept the template but refused to provide any useful information.

  • The title of their post was:

    Hello Sir, it said the payout would be on the 8th, but now it’s the 9th and I haven’t received it.

  • And under the blank template fields, they wrote:

    Does the rewards system even give money or not? Why are people being fooled?

At the time they posted, payouts were still pending, so they wouldn’t have received anything yet. On top of that, the template they kept clearly instructed users with payment issues to submit a ticket:

In summary:

They ignored their Rewards notification in the browser which would have showed payments in progress, the banner on the website showing payments pending, and the instructions in the template. Not to mention other topics that existed at the time.

About the only thing I would/could respond to on this would be to tell them to pay attention to all of those places I mentioned and that they needed to be patient. Then, if they still had issues after payments complete, would have just instructed them to fill out the support ticket…which they already should know about from the template.

I understand, but I was hoping for a translation, to confirm the language, and then be able to inform the new visitor on how to proceed as you would advise them . . . to file a report in accordance with Brave Support. IOW, forgiving because: language barrier.

Payment lagbhag mahine ki 8 tareekh se shuru hota hai, lekin kabhi kabhi ise complete hone mein kuch hafton tak lag sakta hai, khaaskar agar koi issue ho. Humein sirf status updates dekhte rehna chahiye aur jab tak complete ka status na aaye, patience rakhna chahiye.

Aur agar aap help lena chahte hain toh saari zaroori jaankari dena bohot zaroori hai. Agar details na ho, toh madad karna mushkil ho jata hai. Jaise ki, aapne nahi bataya ki aap ZebPay jaise custodian se jude hain ya nahi, aap supported region mein hain ya nahi, Brave ka kaunsa version use kar rahe hain, aapka operating system kya hai, ya kisi aur zaroori cheez ka zikr.
