I included a link to your original post for reference. You should reply in your original post for context and so you will not have duplicate requests for the same issue.
Unfortunately, as seems to be the case with you, it can take several weeks or longer. Since it has been over a month, you should go to your original post and tag steeven (by putting the @ symbol in front of his name) in that post and ask if he could check the status of your request. Alternatively, if you received any private messages, you can also tag the sender in that message and ask for a status update.

If it has taken this long @mervejk63 , you may have filled out the form improperly. Ihave posted a link below to a previous post i made with a link to the support form and there are also some screen shots to help.
