Hello. I have not received my November rewards on my wallet uphold. why?

If you could remember in the future to make sure not to delete the template and to also make sure to provide the information requested in the template, it can help narrow things down for us to help you.
That said, even better yet, when it comes to issues surrounding payments with Rewards then your best option is to create a Rewards Support Ticket so Brave can have all necessary information to investigate and try to assist you.
You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your ticket number shortly after you create the support ticket. Then, any additional follow-up will occur through email. So once you create the support ticket, you’ll want to keep an eye out on your email. Especially make sure to check junk/spam folders just in case it ends up there. They usually try to respond within 3-5 business days, but be prepared to possibly wait longer as we’re nearing the holidays.
