Description of the issue:
Unfortunately, Brave under Linux Fedora 42 does not offer the option to watch a video on YouTube in HDR despite the HDR mode being activated. However, the option does exist under Brave in Windows for the same video.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open HDR video on youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3APNJYMrLo
- Select the “Settings” → “Quality” menue
- No HDR Option under Linux available
Expected result:
The option is also available under Linux and Brave therefore supports HDR.
