Haven't Seen an Ad Since Dec 2021 Was my Account Flagged Due to My VPN?

I havent seen any ads since Dec 2021 and nothing changed at my end. Am I being blocked by the fraud filter due to my VPN?

Win 10 Brave V1.35.103

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?
Around January of 2021
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, for years
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region ([see here]
Does your device pass the [SafteyNet]?

Short answer, could be. This post consolidates information on what could be causing problems. You can use it to troubleshoot your issue.

If you think your account has been flagged, send a direct message (DM) to the moderators and include a link to this post and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderatos who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.

Hi @Tony3 welcome to Community.

Could you kindly send a DM with your wallet payment ID. You can find this but typing brave://rewards-internals into your URL bar and it will take you to your General Info panel. From there you will see your wallet payment ID under Wallet info.
