Haven't received the creators rewards since 2 months

I haven’t received my creators rewards since 2 months.
The rewards show on the publishers’ website but do not arrive in uphold.

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to DM @steeven explaining that and to provide the email associated with your Creators account, this way he can look into it for you. They prefer DM because it keeps your information private AND they use it like a ticket, where they can go oldest to newest. So the sooner you do this, if you haven’t, the sooner they can try to work on it and get back to you. (keep in mind it’s Sunday right now, so they aren’t working the forums until tomorrow)
